** Subject to manufacturer review and visual proof of product defect. Note that a defective or worn Sound Patch does NOT fall under coverage for a full replacement of a Black Hole or LV head. These patches experience wear and tear over the course of regular use and are available for purchase here.
If a patch becomes loose or worn within the first 90 days of purchase, RTOM will provide a free replacement. To request a replacement, please reach out via our contact page. For patches needed after six months, visit our online store to purchase replacements.
