Return Policy
To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- Be in new, unused condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that have been used or returned without original packaging.
- Your return must be dropped off at a shipping location within 30 days of your order date.
- Send returns to: RTOM Corporation, 550 Industrial Road, Carlsdadt NJ 07072
How do I return? Email support@rtom.com and include the following:
- Name
- Order#
- Reason for return
Method of Refund: Once we receive the return, your money will be refunded via your original form of payment.
Please note:
- Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- Restocking fees do not apply.
Cancellation Policy
If you’d like to cancel an order before your item ships (orders typically ship same day or within 24 hours), please email support@rtom.com to request cancellation. If you order has shipped, we cannot cancel but can process a refund per the instructions above.
Note that we are happy to refund the cost of your order minus the cost of transaction fees for your order.
