Warranty Replacement for RTOM Products

RTOM offers the following Manufacturer Warranties on each of our products:

• Moongel – 30-day Manufacturer Warranty*
• 7″ and 14″ Moongel Workout Pad – One-Year Manufacturer Warranty*
• Black Hole Practice System – One-Year Manufacturer Warranty**
• LV Mesh Heads – One-Year Manufacturer Warranty**
• bh Single-Zone Triggers – One-Year Manufacturer Warranty**

*Subject to manufacturer review and visual proof of product defect. 

***Subject to manufacturer review and visual proof of product defect.  Note that a defective or worn Sound Patch does NOT fall under coverage for a full replacement of a Black Hole or LV head. These patches experience wear and tear over the course of regular use and are available for purchase here.

However, if within the first 90 days of purchase a patch becomes loose or worn, RTOM will replace the patch at no cost to our customers. In these scenarios, please contact us RTOM by visiting our Contact Page. After six months from purchase, please visit our online store for replacement patches.
