Return Policy

To return a purchase, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

1. Be in its original, unaltered condition. We reserve the right to reject any returns that have been altered or returned without original packaging.
2. Your return must be dropped off at a shipping location within 14 days of your original delivery date.

How do I return? Email rtom3@verizon.net and include the following:

• Name
• Order#
• Reason for return

Method of Refund: Once we receive the return, your money will be refunded via PayPal within 3-4 business days.

Please note:

• Refunds exclude the original shipping fee.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Restocking fees do not apply.

Order Cancellation Return Policy

If you’d like to cancel an order before your item ships (orders typically ship same day or within 24 hours), please email katemurray@rtom.com to request cancellation. If you order has shipped, we cannot cancel but can process a refund per the instructions above.

Note that we are happy to refund the cost of your order minus the cost of PayPal’s transaction fee for your order.
